Contact us using the safeguarding phone or email below. You can also speak to any member of staff in person.
- 2We listen and record
A trained lead will listen carefully, ask only what is needed, and record the concern confidentially following our safeguarding procedures.
- 3We act appropriately
We will take proportionate steps to keep children safe. This may include internal action or, where required, contacting the local authority or other agencies.
- 4We follow up
Where it is safe and appropriate, we will keep you informed. Some details may remain confidential to protect a child, but your concern will always be taken seriously.
